Washington Marijuana Store Manager Uses Bear Spray to Deter Robbers

Marijuana Coronavirus

Three armed robbers entered Marijuana Club 99 around closing time. Just a week prior the store was robbed at gunpoint where the thieves got away with thousands of dollars of marijuana products. The store manager, Chris Vincent, acted quickly to prevent the robbers from getting away with anything this time.

Vincent used bear spray to thwart the robbery attempt, Q 13 Fox News reported. His creative thinking protected not only himself from harm, but the business as well. During the previous robbery, employees were ordered to lay on the ground at gunpoint. Vincent wasn’t going to allow that to happen again.

Vincent said, “They got scared since they saw I pushed the button so I thought it was going to be over, but then they came back a second time. He was ordering me to open the register, but I couldn’t. I noticed the guy was a little bit away from me so I grabbed the bear spray, I came after the second guy. They were so confused they couldn’t even get the doors open.”

Perhaps being sprayed by bear spray will keep the thieves away for good this time.
