If you are 21 years of age or older in Washington State, under state law you can possess or use:
– One ounce of useable marijuana
– Marijuana-related paraphernalia
– 16 ounces of solid marijuana-infused product
– 72 ounces of liquid marijuana-infused product
– Consume marijuana on private property outside the view of the general public

Washington Medical Marijuana Law

– Patients that qualify for medical marijuana in Washington may obtain a medical marijuana card and purchase marijuana from dispensaries.
– Patients can possess up to 3 ounces of useable marijuana
– Patients can grow up to 6 plants for the personal medical use
